Great til I picked up a napkins from the breakfast bar on my last day and it had a used toothpick inside it. Bathroom a little under sized. Room could use more bath towels. If my guest and I showered the first day then we would have to hang our towels to dry before we could reuse them or wait for maid service the next day. The desk clerks were very nice.

Saved us when our campsite was overrun with a family of raccoons and mosquitos. We were cool, slept well, and kept remarking that it was a nice surprise how cute the hotel was. I don't associate Best Western hotels with iron work- but this one was charming!
If there wasn't standing water in the parking lot or on the flat roofs. If they harvested the rainwater instead of letting it funnel into the pool area during heavy rains.

We were on the street which was quite noisy and weren't expecting that. The room itself felt like an older motel 1980's feel with the smaller size and dated bathroom. No luxury. The staff and also the breakfast were amazing. So friendly. And the location to downtown Beaufort was wonderful.
I just wish that the feel of the rooms wasn't so small and dated with the bathroom set-uporientation back in the 1970's or '80s. I'm sure that would take renovations though. Great location and super friendly staff.
