I reserved an accessible room but was told when we got there that they didn’t have one even though it was confirmed. The light over the sink had a short in it, the second night of our stay the key didn’t work, the desk was in very poor shape, you couldn’t use the safe unless you paid $1.50 for the use, the place was very outdated and the necessary towels were sparse.

Carpet in room needs replaced, as did the bedspread (cigarette burn holes). Lights didn't work properly.

Staff

Run down, dirty carpet, sink faucet barely worked, shower curtain falling down. Laughable at $115. Joke was on me for getting ripped off that badly. And breakfast?? Seriously?? Guy at the desk was nice, everything else sucked.

Easy to check in. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast bar needed more choices. Cereal and milk would be a nice addition, as would waffles.

Next to the freeway but hard to locate due to the strange access road by the service station.

No elevator and our room had to be changed because we are not physically able to cart our things up the stairs. The room we were given was a half room at the end of the hall. Desk staff were somewhat rude, but then agreed to change the room since the other was not ADA compliant.

Bed comfy, location

2 out of 3 rooms had cleanliness issues. Dried throw up on dresser and table leg. Other room had a condom in it. :(
