The room was dirty and the room couldn’t cool during the day stayed way to hot in my room it was to expensive for the quality of the room not even breakfast was offered

The room was stayed in was quite spacious for an Inn style, has a couch and table too. Bathroom was recently remodeled and very spacious and clean. the room furniture was a little old but doesn’t impact us too much. Beds were actual queen and comfortable. Location is super convenient if you are visiting Palo Duro Canyon. There was also a decorated patio outside which made the stay feel home.

As a motorcyclist, I'm a big fan of the old motor lodge style with parking right outside your door. Nice clean room with great hot water pressure and a very comfortable bed with a firm mattress. The staff was friendly, and they let me extend my check-out after an unexpected overnight snowfall. Perfect location in the middle of Canyon within easy walking distance of food. As an older building, the room showed a little wear, but I would definitely stay here again. The room also included a small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, iron & board, and free wifi.

The bed was comfy and the AC was cold!! TV had every channel you can think of they provided free movie stations. Location is right in the center of town. Close to all Restaurants the museum and shopping. Parking was good too! The owners were very sweet and accommodating.
Refrigerator in the room would have been nice. Better ice machine at the office. More lighting in the room and a good paint job in the bathroom. Also, everyone loves a muffing the morning. Maybe try adding breakfast

It was a great location; we walked to restaurants. We walked to 10 of 11 meals
It was weak on miscellaneous supplies, e.g. no hangers or door hooks. Frig was present but not installe.

signs of remodeling in progress. toilet too close to sink. toilet paper holder broken. trash in bottom drawer of side table.

What breakfast? None!!
The room was unlevel, bathroom door wouldn’t close, NO ICE! Was told I could go across tbe street to gas station! VERY POOR WIFI, wouldn’t stay connected. Mattress was very uncomfortable, hard as a rock.

The bed would flop in the air and back down once you sat on it. you could feel the springs in it. the microwave wasnt plugged in and we had to physically put it on the bed to get it to work then it wouldnt shut off. minor things i’m sure to most but money spent should get what you pay for. also while still laying in bed the owner proceeded to walk in without knocking or any warning again mind you my wife was still in bed. to just tell us check out is at 10 and this was at 930. i wouldnt suggest stayin here or waisting your money

Location good for our visit to Palo Dura Canyon. Bed comfortable.
Room could use better maid service. Everything dusty. No extra toilet paper. Ants in bathroom. Toilet didn't work properly. Furniture outdated. TV was not easy to access & use.
