Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, and we absolutely loved the 24 hours unlimited fresh folgers coffee dispenser. Lobby entrance area was really cute with fall decor and many modern art decor items. It's definitely a fun and eclectic vibe. Staff was great. Our room had the jetted tub and it was really nice. Rooms smelled really clean and fresh too, great AC.
Literally nothing. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best value I ever received.

Good sized, comfortable room with everything we needed. Great facilities. Laundry detergent available to buy at reception. Staff have bags of quarters ready for the machines if you need change. Really nice toiletries for a motel.
The air conditioner was quite noisy.

The breakfast was decent. A good time window for making it there. The staff was pleasant and gave me information about Biltmore Estates that I followed up on. It has a swimming pool.
We brought our small dog. I found out from another guest that she had sighted a bear next to our room the previous day. Understandable but this is not normal for many travelers and should be stated to guests when they check in. Also, we had to move to another room after returning at the end of the day to overwhelming toxic-like fumes in our room. It had been sanitized to the max.

"Motel molto grande e molto frequentato ma silenzioso e per niente incasinato. Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire la piscina ma sembrava molto carina. Colazione ricca e varia e camera pulita, ordinata e..."
