GreatView, Good Location.
Elevator was slow. Front desk not occupied over night. Had to wait until 9am to return pool bracelets for check out. Room advertised as 1 bedroom but bedroom had no door or privacy from rest of Suite.

The location close to the beach and boardwalk
Not too clean, the people next to us were way too loud screaming in the hallway at 3-4 in the morning.

Location and not too crowded
Staff was rude. We had 6 people in our room. We didn’t have pillows for the wall bed. We went and asked for them and we’re told we would get them in the morning. We did not receive the pillows. We were only given 4 towels and they refused to provide anymore. The refrigerator would not get cold. Let the desk know and nothing was done. We were given bracelets for access to the pool. Written on the bag we were given it said if bracelets are not returned you will be charged $250. Check out was from 4am to 10am but the office was locked so i had to give bracelets to housekeeping. I will not pay for the bracelets. One roll of toilet paper in the room for 6 guests. Asked for toilet paper and they only gave us one roll. These things should be self evident or guests should be told ahead of time to bring their own.

The location was great and resort was nice
Well they didn't give us the room we had requested when I reserved it, was supposed to have been 2 full beds in one of the bedrooms but they gave us just 1 full bed, but we made it work and we saw a couple of bugs in the room through out our stay..

the location and the Brie from our room love the indoor pool and hot tub
the elevator didn’t work at one point had to go down 8 stairs and one lady was rude at front desk they got our reservation mess up due to booking . com but the young man at the desk was helpful but the lady was rude didn’t see the maid people at all

Location was great. Parking ok but had to park across another parking area pretty far from hotel.However you can unload at hotel. Booked a 732 sq ft property. Did not get this. Much smaller. Beds uncomfortable.Very very dated. Needs complete overhaul. Messed up our second night. was supposed to call me to rebook. They didn’t. hHad to check out then check into another unit. They still made us wait till 3:30 to check in! had no where to go. They were supposed to call for immediate cleaning at 9:30am when we checked out of first unit! not happy.
Not very clean. very out dated. Management. Water constantly running over twin bedroom all night long! couldn’t sleep!

And parking across street , it wasn’t a hassle but would have been nice to have parking on the property.

Too much glass in the parking lot. And non smoking room. And still hsvrnt received my deposit back.

I loved everything about the room. The pool area was accessibility to the beach was great.

Pool & hot tub
Our room had cockroaches! I saw 4 roaches during my stay. Also, the floors were so dirty our first night there my daughters feet were black from walking around the room barefoot.

Filthy, bug ridden smelly hellhole.

Close to the pier, board walk and Starbucks!! Was not bug infested pretty laid back and pools were cleaned daily!
One of the elevators was very slow. But everything else was great!
