I wanted to like it. The music was good the decorations were modern and the room seemed comfy at first.
No ice machines but bags of ice from the front. The breakfast and dinner for purchase was not good. Actually breakfast was better but the dinner cook was not good. This was all livable but the ant infestation and the bed bugs was not. I ended up leeaving midnight Sunday night after seeing bed bugs and the front desk person tried to tell me it was a spider. I’m not an idiot. No refund no apology no credit nothing and now I am drying all my stuff hoping I didn’t bring anything with me

We liked the way the room was layed out and decorated. The beds and pillows were comfy, the room was clean. They didn’t serve breakfast but there are
plenty of restaurants in the area. We will go back

I cannot say there was one thing about the hotel I liked.
I did not stay at the hotel. When I pulled up to the hotel were groups of people with coolers in the parking lot walking up to the hotel. I thought I had arrived at a frat house. It felt unsafe there were people all around that were drinking and vaping which was not an environment I felt safe having my children in. When expressing my concerns the staff was not accommodating at all and quite dismissive.

i didn’t like that there was an employee continuously looking at my boyfriend, smiling and waving MULTIPLE times as we were checking out. 1 time is fine but multiple times, it becomes very flirtatious. i felt very disrespected.
