Call Patty and get my stay reimbursed.

The staff was wonderful but the hotel was beyond dirty, the breakfast had no teabags for hot water or juice and we had to get our own butter and cream cheese for breakfast items.

Homeless people everywhere and even asked us for money.

TOILET WAS LOOSE TO FLOOR HALL WAYS WERE DIRTY MAKES ME QUESTION HOW CLEAN THE REST OF BUILDING WAS.

first thing I seen when I pulled in was 2 sheriff cars out front didn’t even check in never a good sign when the first t

room key didn’t work twice so they gave us a different room that was a single king bed when I booked a double queen, use

the location to the university was excellent

rooms don’t seem to be cleaned properly by staff

I had a 2 night stay as I was getting in very early in the morning. I called the front desk to inform them I would be coming in late. I than sent a email to the night auditor saying the same. When I arrive at the facility my reservation was cancelled because I did not show up by midnight. Worst people to deal with .
