Very clean room, property, and office. Great coffee and tea available.
No breakfast offered

Large room, looked clean and supposedly we were lucky to get a room during army graduation. Mattress was comfy but pillows were small.
The room needed a refresh maybe paint and fixing up the problems with wall repairs. Stairways going up need serious cleaning handrails were icky. Street noise slowed as the night wore on.

This was a great place especially for the value. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly.
They advertised breakfast, but did not provide it.
