The pool service was great. There was always plenty of towels. My kids loved the indoor/outdoor feature. The hot tub was great. The water was warm enough to swim outdoors even in winter/early spring.

No room service. I was there for three nights and our room was never serviced once the whole time. I asked for towels and they were never delivered. I had to go search for housekeeping to get towels, and I took toilet paper off a housekeeping cart because we ran out. The stairways smelled and the food was very high priced. One restaurant was advertised everywhere, all over the maps and in the guest books, but was no longer available. Instead there was an adult only lounge with food and drink. My kids were disappointed because we decided we wanted to eat there after looking at the menu, but then could not. There was no breakfast included in the room price.

The casual dining restaurant on property is now 21 and over so daughter and I couldn’t eat there. We had very loud people staying next to us that continued to make noise after midnight, even after security told them to be quiet.

potholes in the drive and the parking lot tv didn’t work. Maintenance never came to fix as promised…how lame wasn’t asked how my stay was on check out… overall pretty disappointing stay!!

Nestled up against scenic mountains with big picture windows. loved the indoor/ outdoor connected pools and hot tubs, one with a water fall. children loved the local wildlife like deer, turkeys, ducks. there is a small farm on west side of property so we also got to see cows and horses. also steak house restaurant had really good food as well as an on-sight bakery

room was like 3,000 yards to walk to, lol…, don’t get me wrong we paid less than 180$ for double occupancy but the room was on west side of property where there isn’t much for entrances. being the middle of the week and hardly anyone there I’m surprised they didn’t give us a room on main floor and closer to amenities.

Nice location. Great pools & hot tubs. We originally got 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed which felt cramped and dark. We then changes for 2 adjoining rooms on 1 floor higher which we’re much better. Roomy and lots of light.

It was a bit sleepy. The bar/restaurant closed at 9pm and there was nothing else in or around the hotel.

the bed was awful. it had huge dip in the middle and the pillows were small and uncomfortable too

We liked the location as it is very near the crater. It was a short distance from the hotel. The customer service staff were also nice and very accomodating to our request. I recommend Imelda for doing her job well and being knowledgeable about the places to visit nearby.

It could have been better if breakfast is included in the accomodation.
