We have stay here many different times when visiting Valley City. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The lady working the breakfast was amazing. I missed by a few minutes getting breakfast and she was kind enough to let me in. Thank you

Your motel needs a little larger laundry room for a big place. The dryer wasn’t working well so I had to hang damp clothes around the room. The front desk in the morning was kind enough to let me put them in there dryer but we didn’t have time to wait. It was kind of her to offer.

Very nice facility. They are doing upgrades and it shows. We thought the hotel was new!!

We've stayed at many AmericInn's, as they are reliably clean and attractive. I also like that they have designated pet-friendly rooms. I'm quite allergic to animal dander so never want to stay in a room that might have had dogs. The front desk clerk assured me there are only a handful of pet-friendly rooms, mainly on the first floor. Pool and hot tub area was very attractive and the handy guest laundry was a bonus.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Not a lot of offerings, even bread to make toast wasn't available or some kind of non-sugary adult cereal. We had some cereal of our own so just ate that. And please, stop using paper, plastic and styro. It's not a picnic, it's breakfast and much better enjoyed eating on china plates, etc.

The room was large, comfortable and fit our family well. We loved the separate room space from the living room so my husband and I could watch a move and the kids could sleep. We loved that the Bridges restaurant was connected and did eat there for lunch-- it was a great place to eat!

The rooms were a bit outdated, especially the bathroom.

Pam was so nice; from breakfast! She asked if I was eating here or taking it to go and I had to get to work so she brought me a to go container! How thoughtful to ask!! Room was huge and cozy for my fiancé to relax in while I worked a 16 hour shift. They even let him check in early! Great counter space

This inn has everything needed for travelers: pet friendly rooms, restaurant on site, breakfast included, exercise room and indoor pool. Conveniently located just off interstate highway. And the staff are exceedingly nice!

There was nothing that I would change or add to these accommodations. It met our needs and was very reasonably priced. We loved it.

I was in town for a funeral, and was traveling with two small dogs. This hotel is pet friendly and they mean it. The room was fresh and clean. Didn’t smell like animal at all (which is what I was expecting). The staff were all so friendly to me and my dogs. Also the breakfast was amazing! I was able to make a “to go “ plate and eat it in my room comfortably. I would definitely stay here again.

I don’t think there was anything that I didn’t like, this hotel met my needs for this particular trip.

All rooms were not ready for our arrival. The queen handicap accessible room is awkwardly arranged. It would be better if the bathroom door opened into the bathroom, rather than blocking the "hall" as it does now.

The breakfast was excellent and the person responsible for it was very personable and accomodating. The pool wasn't too chlorinated despite being so shallow. The business center was a great addition.

Something through booking.com got messed up and when I arrived only one room was reserved as apparently someone other than me cancelled the other room. The staff at AmericInn figured it out and accomodated me. Will probably consider other options in the future rather than booking.com
