The location was close to family.

Upon arriving there was no one to greet you. After checking in the room keys would not open the door. I went to the front desk to get new keys and they didn’t work either. So instead of moving us to a new room the desk clerk came to open doors. We left and came back and had to get more keys with was frustrating because we could have just been moved to another room. The room had issues. The doors did not lock. The toliet did not flush. The air conditioner did not work. It was just miserable. But atleast the bullet holes are gone. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable.

Was not clean. Walked on carpet with socks on my feet. Bottom of socks turned black from carpet. Dried up soap in corner of tub. Dust on ledges above bed.

The sink in the bathroom was not operating properly! The water was very slow to go down, so I had to use the sink next to the microwave

Beautiful room, very large and Dee on the front desk is brilliant. Fantastic breakfast the next morning, including hot eggs, patties, waffles, toast plus plenty more. Very clean, we enjoyed our stay.
