The location was great And the room was clean but I can see that the hotel has been there for a while because is has a little smell of mildew and the room I was in The night light on the bed was broken and it stayed on the hold Time but overall everything was good I will stay again.
That it's on the beach And everything was that you needed was right in that location

The place was very nice. The manager who helped us was extremely accommodating—I can’t remember his name, but I wasn’t happy with our room by the pool and he changed it without hesitation. The front desk agent, Michael (Mike), was also very nice and funny. Their customer service made our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again.
The only thing I didn’t like was the original room by the pool. It wasn’t what I expected, but the manager quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a better room.

I liked that it was on the beach, clean rooms, clean property
We had to pay $8 a night for parking which was wild to me because it’s a best western. Then, the restaurant sucked. We tried to eat there twice no greeting or servers ever tried to take our order. Sat 20 minutes each time and there is ZERO air conditioning . Then there was a naked drunk man in the pool last night. For an hour. He was never removed. One of the elevators didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken in our room also.
