when we arrived, our room was not available and we spent a half an hour, trying to figure out if we could get a different room. And finally had to find another hotel. also we got charged for the room even though we didn’t stay there.

friendly staff, breakfast was OK. The room was very comfortable.

despite being a hot breakfast, the selection and variety wasn’t very good. The food was OK though.

the front desk gal was quite unpleasant. the upstairs hallway looked a bit a mess due to what looked like a leak.

That they double charged my account because they said they never received my my updated reservation. Which they blamed on booking and said booking charged my account even though charge said best western. Booking sent the updated reservation again. At this time I had booking forward me the update reservation email also. So I know the hotel got it. Which they ignored and once again said they didn't get. They made me pay for the room a third time in order to stay. They insured me it was just to they got the mix up with booking cleared. They refund me the 2 nights on my one card but than went ahead and double charged me on my other card that I used when they made me pay again. I paid because most hotels where booked and me and my family wouldnt have had a place to stay. I wasn't the only one that they did this too. They double charged my kids coach too. They said even though he was quoted one price that they where now booked and the rates changed. While I was waiting on booking to send the email again about my updated reservation a mom came down and they double booked a room. They gave her a room. People were already staying in. Which made me feel uneasy about my family's safety. They also picture a hot tub which doesn't exist. And the second floor had a major pipe leak in the hallway that they seem to just change the bucket out. It had pieces of the ceiling in. Room had trash still in the can and coffee machine had old k-pod in it. Overall probably worst hotel experience I've ever had.
