Housekeeping was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent.

I didn't like it when Barbara gave my room key out without checking with me.. we talked about it, and I thought the policy was the person whom the room is under get a key .

I enjoyed the hot breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. They made sure the trash was empty and we had clean towels and rags.

My nephew was locked in bathroom and staff acted like it was his fault he was locked in bathroom as if his cognitve ability was less then normal. After some other guess assisted us, the staff realize the door was jammed and the guess had to bust down the door to get my nephew out of the bathroom. Staff was not helpful at all. They didn't check on us after the incident to see if everything was OK.

Location, cleanliness, courteous staff…especially house cleaning.

Parking lot on the highway side of Facility should be cleaned daily…a six pak of empty beer bottles in a parking spot for 3 days is not a good look.

Central location, easy access to shopping., restaurants and gas stations as well as to interstate 95. Friendly.and fast check-in.

Everything was exceptional! 😄 I was really pleased with the overall appearance and friendly staff.
