where to begin… nothing. the manager denied my service animal, and also lost my paid for booking as well as about two dozen others .

this hotel needs staff that know what they are doing and being trained for, your staff as well as management need common sense. your staff lost my booking and asked me if I knew my own name, questioned if I knew what state it was in and flat out denied my disabilities. i was told I was not allowed to have a service dog on the property and then was told my disability was not their problem to see booking.com instead . i could go on…. i was also told I looked like I couldn’t afford a suite she had after telling me they had zero avail and double booked about two dozen others . it was our fault she said . never seen such Unprofessional behavior . i missed my entire martial arts tournament trying to check in and be belittled . so I drove 6 hours just to argue with a hotel. the manager rose needs a reality check and a new job

Good location and it's really a beautiful hotel!

The price was a bit steep for a small town on south Georgia especially when i ended up paying extra just to get the king room with the spa tub...and dead bugs in the bottom of the tub apparently. Needless to say, my husband and I ended up not even using the spa tub. I was pretty bumed out about that.

Staff was friendly . The location was great. The beds was really comfortable.

My room was really close to the dining area and could hear people talking loud.

front desk staff was not helpful. No manager to speak to. Ended up not staying and being charged for the room anyway.

Need to change towels wash cloths daily

Rooms very nice, clean, beds so comfy as well as bedding & pillows, bathroom great

There must be no insulation. Heard every footstep, door open & close & toilet flush all night long. Ppl above us were up at 3:15 - got no sleep even though the beds were so comfortable
