TV was a problem

Everything was great we enjoyed our time in the hotel.

In the shower need better tracking so you we not slip.

They didn't have my room on the breakfast but I showed them and it was good it had me full to walk and I will be booking back there any time we have meeting up in the area very clean and room just made me feel like I was home thank you for have the room the way it is pose to be and that what you call a room for high end right there thank you see you all next time

the weather. the grits was the only thing that was not that good but still manageable. They were a little watery but it was ok.

bed size and cleanliness

The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean! The bathroom was very clean too.

The elevators need to be updated asap! It is ridiculous to pay a premium price for your room then have to deal with broken elevators - I was almost late to get my plane because the elevator near my room suddenly stopped working. Unacceptable.

Cleanliness. Location good. Room was clean.and comfortable.

Front desk staff or management not inviting nor friendly. No microwave. Safe was broken. Everytime I've stayed here, all vending machines never work.
