Pool, restaurant and free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bathtub was very slippery. The curtains didn’t close properly.

The front desk ladies were amazing and super friendly.
The room was 84 degree when we arrived and took hours to cool down. The mattress had stains. There were no outlets to charge anything aside from the bathroom and we had to unplugged the coffee maker to charge our phone. The bath tub had red stains in it.

It was not far from the airport, although this didnt matter since the shuttle didnt work.
We booked this hotel for the shuttle. We got dinner when we got there, and it was cooked incorrectly. The breakfast was okay, though. The bathtub had bugs in it, the air was not on and it was incredibly hot. It took hours to cool off. It was loud on the floor and the doors didnt block any noise. The worst part though, was that I had scheduled a shuttle in the morning. When it was time to leave, the shuttle didnt have any gas. Then the manager offered to have me driven in a personal car, which also turned out to have no gas. I had to get an uber. I was late and almost missed my flight. So we paid way too much for the hotel, and it did not offer the promised services.

Bed was uncomfortable. Lots of items on the restaurant menu were out of stock. Breakfast was not good.

The property was easy to find. The staff that I did have encounters with was very friendly.
The only issue I had was that my tv remote did not work, the ice machine did not work.

I did not like the appliance in the room the microwave was too small the refrigerator is too small and the TV was too high I did not like the restaurant area and bar

very friendly staff and the bed was super comfy
I had to search for an outlet to plug-in to charge my phone, and the only USB port in the room was on the TV. also, I was told there would be no deposit and when I got there I had to pay a $50 deposit on my card and was not able to use cash.

The linen was dirty with stains and hair on the sheets also there were 2 dead stink bugs in the room.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant and bar area was convenient since the hotel isn’t located close to any restaurants.

Pros: free breakfast is good, room is decent, mini fridge & microwave, late checkout at 12! & listened to music all night on a speaker without any complaints of it being too noisy or disturbing others. Great price! Close to arundel mills mall.
Cons: balcony is so small but it’s nice option if you want to feel outside, I like that it had it & it overlooked the pool.

Couldn’t find a vending machine with snacks or soda.

Nice decorations for Christmas & NYE. It’s also in a business park that wasn’t busy. Cheap room.
Uncomfortable bed, No comforter; just sheets and super light blanket, lightbulb out in our room so it was dark, the shower was stained and not super clean, no body wash was available in the room (most places provide it, this one didn’t). No food available at the hotel even though it said there was a bar and grill and room service. False.

Booked my stay 10 min before arriving. I arived at 1:00AM. Clerk would not check me in because my reservation was not in the system. Took 30 min between waking in and getting a room key. She claimed she was newly hired.

Bathtub was disgusting (I avoided using the shower)
