spacious room, and comfy bed, and pillows.
Found 1 long strand of hair on the shower wall.

Location, cleanliness and staff were great. I liked that there was a refrigerator and coffee maker in my room. Also a lot of outlets and ports for charging equipment
I could not find the pool although numerous people said this property had one. I was not aware that you served breakfast until my last day staying at this property, Wifi was awful and I didn't like that you charged for this and parking.

The location was very convenient for shopping and it’s close proximity to the Cerritos performing art center.
I was quite surprised that there was only one set of elevators for the hotel. I would be very hesitant to recommend this particular hotel for those who are in need of ADA accommodations.
