The manager was amazing at addressing our concerns with some cleaning that had been missed. She handled everything patiently and kindly, offering us a great discount immediately on our next stay!
Some spots were overlooked during cleaning so we had to clean the air filter ourselves. But the next morning, they upgraded our room and it was very clean and comfortable!

First of all we needed a room ASAP
Trying to get to the location

Breakfast was very good. The location was good.
An elevator would have been nice. There was no coffee maker in the room! There also was no hand lotion available. The staff was remarkably not friendly. Only one of them even smiled at us.
