Clean property friendly staff. Would recommend.
There was a door to room next door which is kind of weird when you are a solo female it was locked from my side but still odd. I could hear voices feet stomping over head but I guess you hear a bit of that anywhere. You need to add HBO or a good movie channel to your tv lineup.

Location. Upscale. Staff. Windows could be opened. Excellent free breakfast food and facility.
Toilet too low. Toilet paper holder painful and awkward to access. Thermostat impossible to figure out so room was always too hot. Room location next to nextdoor rolloff dumpsters was noisy. Plastic silverware in breakfast room a disappointment — metal would be a better match to the overall quality of the facility.

Everything was great! In particular, we would like to thank Tim at the front desk, who took great care of us and handled our reservation issue with exceptional attention. He was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. We really appreciate his support.
We will definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!
