My son and I travel for hospital visits. Have been doing this about every couple of months for some time. This has become our go to hotel. We have had good luck, room is always clean, never an issue with check in or out. Just exactly what we order.

The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and well layout. The staff members were helpful during our stay. The hotel has access to a large open and free parking. Breakfast included.
The hotel is located in Tukwila; hence access to Seattle would either require a car, to go to the park and ride nearby (which is often very full) or to tale a bus then the green line. You do also have access to the Amtrak at Tukwila station.
The hotel was meeting basic needs. The AC system was very noisy and the water pressure of the shower variable.
Included breakfast is always interesting but the food options remained not quite healthy and always the same - which is completely understandable if you look at the price-quality ratio of the stay.
For a few days, the hotel would work.
