Great location that is within walking distance to everything you want do. Friendly and attentive staff that was happy to have you stay with them. GREAT PANCAKES :)

location to downtown
you can tell it was used as a hostile before, the cleaning staff really needs to work on the cleaning of the floors. our feet were sticking to the bathroom floor. we stayed in the jungle room and it really needed a deep cleaning.

Cozy, family centered, pirate themed B&B. Kept clean and running by volunteers from all over! Cool stories from all of them. Comfortable beds and yummy pancakes and strong coffee for breakfast 🥞 ☕ walking distance to historic St Augustine. Fantastic good options really close by!
I have nothing negative to say about this place. The only "complaint" I would have would be street noise but that never really bothered us because they do have a noise machine in the room as well as offering ear plugs. The town shuts down pretty early so it's not noise all night.

The location of this inn is unbeatable. Casual quirky environment and our room was very clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The steps in front are quite steep and would be a challenge for older people.

The location was perfect! We could walk to most all attractions and restaurants that we wanted to see. The Inn is very unique and everything was wonderful!

The location is ideal. And the best rate going for that location too.
Oof! The stairs going up are pretty steep. This hotel is not recommended for anyone with mobility challenges. Or strollers for that matter.

This place was perfect for an affordable weekend getaway. We enjoyed it and are already planning to stay again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was within walking distance of everything. We paid the $15 extra per night for the close parking which was really nice.

My kids and I loved the special pancakes! The location was perfect! We walked to the fort, to Ripleys, to the churches, and everything else we wanted to see. The only time we needed the car was to go to the island to tour the lighthouse. There are no TVs in the rooms which I actually really liked. There was a TV, gaming system, and real games in the common room which we took advantage of: it was good family game time.
This doesn't deserve a frowny face, but my little boy usually takes baths, but a shower was the only option for our room. He was fine with taking a shower, though.

Paper thin walls, child across the hall was running and yelling down the hall at 6am with his parents letting it happen.

the bunk bed mattress was uncomfortable.
wish that parking had been included, chose the hotel based on ratings, location and price; although i couldve done free parking its hard when you have a family. make the price $5-$10
more to include a parking space.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Great restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly.
Beds were not comfortable. Not very clean. The bathroom sink sprayed water all over when you turned it on. Room felt moist.
