In coralville but Close to campus, we walked to the football game. They have a shuttle that runs to hospital so also convenient. Coffee machines good. For game weekend it was a much better price compared to downtown. The view out the back of building very pretty. Room was clean.
Its an older building they try to make look nicer. The staff were kinda unfriendly.

They have a complimentary espresso coffee machine that makes hot craft coffees such as cappuccino, mocha, vanilla latte, americano, and hot chocolate. They also serve complimentary dinner on Monday-Thursday nights!
Our room kind of smelled like a bird cage but everything else was so great we didn't actually care.

I had just had a tooth pulled at the Hospital Dentistry. My mouth was still numb and the supper menu included chicken noodle soup, which was the only thing I could eat. We were able to park close to the front door and our room was only a few steps away. Breakfast had scrambled eggs which are nice and soft for my sore mouth. The room was very nice.
Instructions for the TV would be nice.

Did not eat. Location was good.
Needs to be updated. Bathrooms are small. Carpet is very worn. Cigarette butts everywhere outside.
