Everything the rooms were dirty the front desk guy was rude to my son the Indian guy just everything was awful

The bed was comfortable.

The room had lights that did not work, chipped floor ing, no coffee provided and we had to ask for towels. Ice machine on the 3rd floor broken and when we used the one on the 1st floor it stopped working.

I had to ask for towels. It was no milk or syrup for breakfast. I was charged for a room that was post to have a kitchenette with stovetop however, it didn’t. I was told they were sold out but yet I didn’t get a refund.

The elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor. Room had no towels and called front desk and still we did not receive towels. Hot tub was out of order. Pool was dirty. Breakfast starts at 7a we went down at 8 and no more breakfast. Asked the lady working there and she said they had cooked all of the breakfast for the day.

Friendly staff.

Worn out. Maintenance was shoddy. Clean but a remodel is in order.

The location was horrible, the room was so nasty I asked to move to another room and which was better but still dirty.

They ran out of everything so we couldn't really it breakfast at all, and the location was fine

The toilet wasn't clean at all, the wifi never worked for us when we needed to sign in for it, we didn't have any towels in the room, the pillows were very mushy, the shower didn't have any support and two of us fell, and they ran out of everything to even eat breakfast food and condiments

No housekeeping service during stay. Had to request towels toilet paper. Elevator dirty. Continental breakfast...no milk available, no syrup available!

The room was big.

Cleanliness, no coffee in room, lack of towels.

Probably the fish tank in the lobby.

Rooms were half assed clean. Found trash in the drawers. The shower didn’t even work. The ceiling was disgusting. The rooms were not vacuumed properly there was trash all along the walls and underneath the curtains. Definitely will not be going be. Over charged for the way the rooms were prepped

Spacious room. Good water pressure. Mini refrigerator. Microwave. Coffee Maker.

Dirty pool. Sparse breakfast and grumpy meal staff.

We were put in the wrong type of room initially. Once we were placed in the correct type of room, it was unclean and unsafe. (Visible stains in tub, burns and marks on bedding, loose tile in entryway, large water damage on ceiling, visible dirt/fluid marks on chair). I was told that I had to get a refund through booking.com, then booking.com told me later it should have been through the hotel. I had to ask repeatedly how to make sure we were checked out so as to reduce what we'd be billed for. He wrote that we left on a paper. We were then not actually checked out until our departure day.

There was a roach in the shower. The shower was dirty. The carpet was dirt as well.

the first night they gave us a room that was not clean and we got to see amd kill a cockroach. then they give us another room that someone opened our door the next morning as we were sleeping saying they were given that room. we booked in a room for 4 people and we were given 2 towels and one was stained. In the morning breakfast was soo hard to get. their was always people in line and when they would bring more food it was soo little that 3 people would take the whole thing and we had to keep waiting. they breakfast lady always seemed to be mad the housekeeping ladies would open our door to ask if we needed service instead of knocking first laundry room was out of service the whole 7 days we were there

Super helpful staff. Fridge did not work so they repaired it when I was out. Next morning I realized that they had swapped it, not repaired it and my freezer bags were not swapped. staff searched all possible nearby refrigerators and recovered my freezer bags. Love this place.

There were very few guests that day and breakfast offered less than it usually does.
