Location and basic things available including good breakfast.
I had selected 2 queen bed room on booking.com however upon check-in front counter person told me I have one bed. She was able to arrange 2 beds right away.

Easy on and off highway and close to food and shopping choices.
Breakfast would have been better with cooked eggs.

Adequate
If there were King beds, we would like it better
We did not like the “tin” covering at the base of the bed. We would hit it with our feet and the sound was surprising. We could hear the hits from other rooms also.
