It was comfortable and the room was clean and the staff were great - especially the lady running the breakfast. She was very attentive and pleasant. The location was very good, easy access to shops, beach and the hwy.
Unfortunately on our last day the elevator stopped working and there is only one elevator at the hotel. We were located on the third floor, so it was hard to bring the stroller up and down the stairs as well as all our luggage for check out. this was not expected, but still an inconvenience. The hot tub also looked very stained - I didn’t use it because we were not sure if it was dirty or not. But everything else was excellent.

overall good stay. spacious rooms. clean bathroom. breakfast ok. the guy who checked me in (Max) was very nice.
got stuck in the elevator. not nice.. tried to call the hotel but was redirected many times, was told to press a number to continue. finally a lady let me out. didn’t apologize or nothing (is it too much to ask?) then they placed an “out of order” sign on the elevator. had to carry my stuff from the third floor..

The man at Reception who we regrettably did not get the name of was awesome! He upgraded our room for free to a king suit and it was so nice and so clean and had a really cozy and modern fireplace and we ended up with a pretty decent view of the ocean which was amazing at sunset. The breakfast was top tier! I think it's the best selection with the most variety we have ever had so far at a hotel so we loved that.
We loved everything.

the room was nice
pool and hot tub dirty. hot tub green. there was. puddles of water from pool to inside elevator very slippery and unsafe
