Great location, staff were so welcoming, friendly and informative of what your stay consisted of and what facilities you could use and how to use them, the modern fixtures and fittings and ultra cleanliness topped off the welcome.
This is a fantastic place to stay for a short or few day stay in Santa Barbara.
Nothing.

It is very close to the beach, with easy access to Santa Barbara town. The staff was very helpful and responsive to requests (for additional towels, for example). The small rooms are very well designed and in excellent condition.
This is a MOTEL, not a hotel! My fault that I didn't realize this, as Booking.com advertises it as a hotel, although the property is quite clear that it is a motel and not a hotel. This was surprising, especially at the very high price.
