Horrible excuse for breakfast. Just a few items.

The room smelled like cigarettes even tho it was a non smoking room

I liked the location of the property.

The lady who checked me in was extremely rude and I said something to her and she tried to tried to make light of it. when we went to the room there was barely any soap. only one person could take a shower and there was three of us. There were two huge nasty stains in the carpet. There was no elevator, I would think this would be something you would disclose on your website so people would be aware. The last thing I was disgusted with was the breakfast. It was awful.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs added. Adequate. Price was good. Location was great.

When asked for extra pillows for sofa bed was told they were out so our daughter traveling with us didn't have a pillow....never heard of not having enough pillows for all guests. Dark and dated decor. Check-in receptionist wasn't rude but not very friendly either.

Clean and friendly.

No rooms on first floor and my 95 year old mother had to climb the stairs which was difficult for her.
