Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff I-40

The room was comfortable and nice. The towels and wash cloths were good. The room was clean when we arrived. We tried to leave the room clean when we left.

The room had only one chair which was a computer chair at the computer desk, and there was two of us, so we went out and purchased a camping chair, that came home with us. The room did not have a coffee pot. The shower head needed to be cleaned or a new one put up. The kitchen for breakfast did not have any eggs of any kind, did not have any kind of sausage or bacon, the toaster had one side broken so it could not be used, only one side would work. We could ask for some items and it was not a stocked item or the they were out of said products and might have it the next day. Asked for a box of kleenex when we ran out and was told they did not have any. The refrigerator did not look like it had ever been defrosted.

Easy check in & check out. Friendly staff and gave us our privacy.

Flagstaff is beautiful, lots of parking, and walmart is a 5min walk away

I liked the kitchenette but couldn’t use it because it’s induction burner that requires a specific type of pan.

I did not like that there was outdoor carpet in front of all the doors. Room was not clean upon check in at 5:30pm. They only have staff from 2pm to 10pm then it’s just a big brother kiosk with video chat with people with heavy accents and it breaks up so it is hard to understand. They actually did not check me out even though I spoke to the person on video chat at the kiosk.
