Highly bothersome upon Check Out

They checked on how I was doing throughout my stay.

On the day of my Check out, the management came to my door 3 TIMES and ask if I was leaving. Each time I said, "yes". It didn't mattered. They bothered me 3 times. When I said it once that I was leaving, that should've been it. No More knocking on my door asking if I was Checking Out. It's Sumter! What in the world going on so Important that they have to bother me 3 TIMES. I'm sorry that I didn't answered the door naked to put my point across to leave me alone and wait for me to leave.

it’s an older property, clean and met our needs for a bed to sleep in.

Close to Shaw AFB and my sons home.

would have felt safer with a security lock on the inside of the room instead of just the key card lock.

Clerk had no record of my reservation, first time in several years of travel w Booking.com that there was a problem when I arrived. An anxious few minutes, but fortunately there were rooms available.

I would pay a little more for more amenities at a more modern motel next time.

Price and location for my trip objective.

They wanted to do check in through a small ticket window, and after I complained they finally let me in to the front desk area to check in.

The location and it's actually pretty peaceful

The hotel just needs an upgrade especially to the bathroom and the AC uunit. The carpet needs replacing also, it looks clean but it's FILTHY! The lady that works there isn't very pleasant which is necessary to keep customers especially the ones from our of town like me.

Very good

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well

You can see the dirt on the walls and the bathroom floor was dirty also. And the refrigerator only worked if you put the items in the freezer which was struggling to work

Good for a cheap stay but nothing more then that.

Quiet and staff were nice.

A pool was advertised but it was filled with dirt and turned in to a garden of some sorts. The paint in the tub and shower area was peeling off. There were roaches we seen two, during our 5 day stay. No bed bugs thank God! Staff were nice but come earlier then expected to clean rooms daily. Yet when we arrived the blanket had burns in it and some sticky goo. Are key card consently didn't work and we have to ask at all hours for it to be reloaded specially after being out and doing things all day.
