Just about everything

It's the same for me with all hotels they should give discounts to regular visitors

The owners/workers were super Polite and Kind, but the property was a bit run down. Our room had two holes under the carpet in front of the HVAC unit, which I stepped in, scaring me that I would fall through. The Room was musty smelling, and we had to call down to get the HVAC turned on upon getting to the room. Room signs were broken off walls, broken trash can outside, paint looked dirty, carpet worn, outside area was lack luster, but the bed was nice and the shower had lovely hot water, just wish there was better shampoo as the little packets provided did not give much and I have long hair. The entry space was bland and lacked updates, stairs were dirty. We stood in several inches of water while showering…bad drainage. Otherwise ok.

The owners/operators were most kind and polite.
