Hotel was clean property was cleaned nice pool

Some people checked in with kids and let them run all night and all day in the room and in the breezeways disturbing other guests the property did nothing

The Lady was Really Nice that worked in the Office! The Tub was stopped Up in room 131 but I would stay there again if I needed to We came from out of State to stay there.

The Loud Music very early in the Morning, Loud talking & Someone knocking on Our Door really Loud and Scared My Son and He's a Child. And it was a guy walking back & fourth all around the Hotel like He was into something.

Nothing Works!! DIRTY TOWELS AND BATHROOMS. I seen two roaches and was disgusted to even sleep there.

There was actually fairly decent furnished rooms and they were clean. That wasn't our issue.

Our issue was the few times we did stay. Periodically over the last couple weeks. They would, even though I would mark on your website pay later, they would immediately try to run my card which in turn declined causing overdraft fees to my account. I would not have marked pay later indicating I would pay in cash upon arrival if I had the money in my account. I think that is very poor management. And I feel wholeheartedly due to the fact the staff as well as management, had personal issues with dogs they didn't like our registered service animal. And because they could not come up with a reason to flag us and tell us to our face, they flagged us without telling us. And said it was because we left the room dirty. Which is absolutely not the case. Me and my wife are incredibly organized and clean people. There is no way we could have consciously left behind any amount of mess. In fact the last day we stayed I without a doubt remember removing excess trash throwing it away in an outside garbage can pick it up every bit of trash bagging it up and when it came to the blankets and sheets on the bed I removed them all for them pile them up remove the pillowcases and wipe down the counters. We're just kind of OCD that's something we do. But they still had the audacity to flag us and the only reason we could fathom would be the personal issues with our service animals, my wife and I have both had service animals for over 12 years. So we're not new to the discrimination that follow having service animals for disabilities. My wife and I both are highly intelligent individuals that can see right through the lines and know exactly the reason why they're trying to pull that stuff. Also on the 24th the day before Christmas my wife and I plan to visit a couple friends of ours for the holidays and we were hit by an impaired driver, which totaled our truck. So now we're stuck with all our personal effects.
