The Room was very clean however, the Motel is quite dated and I have to say I was very shocked about the bed in the first room we booked into, it kind of like an Army Cot but bigger. I had to kinda chuckle when we first arrived, but all in all it was a place to lay our head and I have to say it was extremely clean. Most of all Your Staff is AMAZING!!! So friendly... ALL OF THEM AND VERY HELPFUL. :) Your Motel was 99.9% Better than what we stayed at in Las Vegas!!! At least what you say on your website is 100% TRUE!! We Stayed at 1 of the Top Hotels in Vegas - it didn't have a Coffee Maker or Microwave!!!! I have yet to sit and compose myself to write my review on that Hotel, but I can assure you it WILL NOT BE FAVORABLE!!!

Price was okay, cleanliness was fine.
The area did not feel safe. Lot of people (who are not hotel guests) just hanging around the parking and hotel surrounding. Would not recommend it if you have parking-safety concerns. Bed was not very comfortable and of low quality.

The room and bed were perfectly clean.It was roomy. The location was excellent, with easy access to I-35.
The bed was a bit lumpy. The place was fairly noisy. We could hear every step the people above us took, but between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

It was clean. It met my expectations that there was a place to lay my head and running water.
Bare minimum. There wasn't even a box of tissues in the room.
I felt let down, because the pricing was equal to other hotels in the area at the time, but they have more amenities.
No fridge to store food, but there again minimal amenities.

It's an excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, best value in town.
There were times that my key card didn't work. The front desk staff were quick to resolve the issue. Also, the app used to pay for the washer and dryer isn't in sync with the (1) washer or (1) dryer.

Proximity to Clyde Iron Works was perfect for us. Look, it's a budget motel, but our room was fine. A good value in our opinion.

Rooms were very basic and economical but clean and updated and Every staff we encountered were super nice and accommodating!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and Duluth grill, holiday and BK are within walking distance.
Like with any lower price hotel it also attracts different people which is beyond the staffs control. The main door chimes for both doors are beyond annoying so if you're making more than one trip for your luggage, or are a smoker, you'll understand. I can't imagine how the staff deals with that. My biggest issue is with the stairs under room #110... absolutely horrible, constant banging, & stomping. We finally figured out that the door, & steps to the second floor were directly behind the head of the bed. There is no way I am the 1st one to complain about this room...maybe just consider using it as a storage room!

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the price was reasonable and it's located right off the freeway so it was easy to get to.
The heater kept turning on and off about every 30 seconds.

dirty floors they didn’t dust the rm my room wasn’t ready. Had to wait 45 minutes before I could get into it.
