Location and staff
Unpleasant odor emanating from the sink - backed up sewer pipe. They tried to hide it by blasting the AC to filter out the smell. I notified them and while they were nice we had to live with it.

Staff was super helpful and recommended restaurants and walks around the city. The common areas were very nice for humans and pets. The rooms were very comfortable and cute.
Nothing I didn’t like.

Newly renovated, clean, cozy, great location
There was no staff on site between 6pm and 9am. I felt very unsafe. I was traveling alone with my kids. Also, our TV did not work and there was no one to help us. I called a help number but they were unable to resolve the issue. NO ONE ever reached out to me to follow up about the situation.
