7 / 10Buono·set 2026

the room was clean and quiet.

the breakfast was no good.

9 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026

Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Decorated nicely

Not there fault but unkept behind and beside property

8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026

Was clean and well maintained. The location was great and easy to access. Bed was comfortable.

Had an upstairs room and the stair steps were a bit narrow my feet barely fit on them. I have big feet. No elevator if you have mobility issues.

5 / 10·set 2026

Bed was clean & comfortable.

My fridge door did not stay closed & the freezer had not been defrosted in quite awhile. A bulb was burnt out in the light in the bathroom & the light by the bed. My bathroom sink had not been cleaned as there was hair in the sink & I think there was blue toothpaste hardened on the side of the sink.
