We absolutely love the private garden off our room. The little anniversary surprise in the refrigerator was lovely. The setting is spectacular. The pool is wonderful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Everything made for a beautiful anniversary.
The main thing we weren’t crazy about was Stars restaurant. The setting is lovely. Our main objection is that the wine list is so incredibly high in price. I believe it is the cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc is $145. It is 15 at my local wine shop. I know restaurants make money on the wine but I think there could be a slightly less expensive wine. I did order the $90 Sauvignon block from California maybe you could introduce a house wine for 60?

Breakfast was fine but expensive. For the rate of the room, guest should have complimentary breakfast.
I paid for a deluxe water view room with a patio. The room was set to the right of the water view so had to step out of the back door (which was damaged, chipped and hard to open and close). In addition, had to walk down steps in disrepair to sit at the patio table and chairs that were dirty from the squirrels eating the nuts and leaving the debris and mess on the tables and chairs. Was disappointed in the room as it was older than expected. The bathroom door didn't close right.
