location!!!
Went out on our deck to have coffee and there was a very large boat blocking all of our views was so disapointed. not sure why they let them park there. i will stay again but not on the first floor. to much noise. oh and the bar closed at 8.

I absolutely loved waking up and sitting on my deck looking out at the water and watching the boats. So incredibly peaceful and everyone was so kind :)

The room was recently done over, about 80% completed. Bathroom was amazing. I will buy the mirror, made me look 10 years younger
The food in the tavern was substandard. How can you overcook a lobster roll in Boothbay Harbor. It was rubbery

The staff was great. The location and parking were great.
The bed was super comfy and the room decks over looking the water were great. The seating in the common areas were plentiful with games and nice views.
It is tired. The rooms smell musty, covered up with a harsh cleaning chemical smell. All of the chairs in public areas are stained.
Rugs have seen better days.
It is tired. Clean but well past well loved.
