Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff, roof top pool was a bonus, and in general a really nice vibe.

The decor was amazing! Location is point for local stuff &any tour company pick ups.

Rooms weren't as sound proof as I'd like. Had some nosy neighbours on my floor I could hear loudly talking in the halls.

The staff, view, pool, location, and adjacent restaurant all were terrific and made our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel has friendly vibes form the design to the staff. Great location at the heart to Waikiki. Tasted breakfast at heavenly with daily 5$ discount. Several discounts included in the resort fee.

The taxi services arranged by the hotel. I hoped that the taxi cooperating with a hotel would have verified rates but he charged us more that the suggested rates by the hotel. 20$ to Dimond Head and 43$ to the airport! When we took a random taxi from the airport it was 34$… the men seems like a scam taking advantage of the tourists. We were staying just for 2 days and needed a taxi quickly and early in the morning. Take an Uber!

Location is great, the hotel not so much.

I was worried this would be one of those cases where the pictures are deceiving, and they were. The hotel is very colorful, but the carpets are very dirty, room & bathroom are super tiny, the lock on our balcony door was broken, bed was okay. I'm not picky, and I don't recommend it at all. You can find a nicer place for the same price or a little more extra $$. Also, they charged me $45 dlls for parking per night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and the pool area on the roof was nice as well, although a bit small. Discount Coupons for breakfast at the restaurant next door was nice. Very good location and easy to get to restaurant, beach and the main street.

The view from the room was not very good as we were looking straight into a pretty rundown building across the street.

The supervisor was able to correct the mistake that other night shift staff made.

The staff (guy, bold hair, Spanish I think) who worked during the night around 10pm on September 9 was very inefficient, didn't handle our request properly. He said he will send me the email cancel confirmation but he never did. We had to call the front desk and this issue was resolved on the spot by his supervisor. He needs more training and improve customer service to work in the tourism industry. Unprofessional.
