The central location made it easy to travel to a number of towns on Cape Cod, the inside pool and hot tub were clean and a real treat after a long day of walking, the breakfast was varied and offered a good start to the day, and the all night availability of tea and coffee were a bonus.
Our room was skipped for cleaning on one day, but the manager brought us new towels and took out the trash as soon as we notified him. That was the only hiccup in our stay.

Breakfast was excellent every day. Firepit at night was a great way to end the day
The last night had some sort of party held in the breakfast and adjoining room. The children of that group were running all through the facility yelling at the top of their lungs. Requests for the parents to perhaps control them were ignored. We were surprised that no staff was present to help control the situation

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were good.
The property was dated but clean.

Hot food was at a good temperature
Very little choice of healthy food, lots of processed items. There was no crockery, everything was on a disposable plate with plastic cutlery that was tossed into the trash afterwards.

"Le camere sono davvero grandi, e Yarmouth si trova in posizione strategica. Colazione abbondante e varia. Bella la vista sul retro."
