People maked a lot of noise at midnight outside my room and there were no noise block system that prevented me to hear the noise outside my room

Location ok
‘Breakfast’ was included. Although a very limited breakfast we wanted to have it but the time we arrived (7:30 am) the reception (where the breakfast is located) was simply closed. No note no nothing. We planned to have breakfast as we had a tight schedule before moving to the stadium. But as said: without a breakfast although we especially booked it for the inclusive breakfast.
