The staff member Latanya (not sure of spelling) was wonderful, she went above and beyond and was so kind and respectful, she definitely made our stay worth it!

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.
Price when I booked was a little higher than expected. It even said on the website that the price was higher than normal.

Was very clean,smelled terrific,bedding and sheets were very clean and smelled clean,it was close enough to everything we wanted to do during our stay in Knoxville highly recommend this holiday inn

The location of the hotel was perfect for the event we were in town for. It was easy to get in/out of the parking lot and I appreciated the many lights around outside. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good.
Per night rate was a bit higher than I expected and because I booked through Booking.com they would not allow me to add this stay to my IHG rewards.

I liked the location, it was close to a lot of places. The breakfast was enjoyable as well!
When we arrived they gave us a room that was still occupied... front desk lady didn't give any sort of apology.

Location was perfect.
Its not that I did not like the breakfast menu but I was wondering if I could be accommodated as I had a special diet need. But maybe next time if I happen to pass by Knoxville. Thanks.

People were nice. Everything was clean. Food was delicious. Even had a seating area to sit and lounge outside around a fire pit. (Unfortunately, that was right under our room but it wasn't bad) Overall, fantastic stay!
It didn't have a safe in room and there weren't a decent selection of coffee creamer or low carb food options.
