The bed was comfortable and location is good.

The room wasn't clean. We also lost electricity for almost 24 hours and no refund was offered.

Pool and play area were clean and kept the kids entertained. Room was also clean.

Could use an update on ping pong paddles and game room.

Poor food/wine choices and availability yet advertised differently. Most things on menu were not available. Staff improvised but price stayed same. Short staffing available but they did their best.

I had a courtyard room not realizing how noisy it would be. Expected more from the breakfast. Hair dryer did not work in room. Hot tub did not work when we went to use it--told front desk and they said they would have maintenance check it, waited a little and then just gave up.

The room was nice still needs some updates and the pool area is very nice.

I had booked my reservation through Booking and it was for a poolside room. We were taking our grandkids to have fun so we wanted and reserved a poolside room. Then 3-4 hours prior to us checking in we get a call that their system over booked rooms and we no longer had our poolside room. I was very upset as we stay there 3-5 times a year when we come to Grayling.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel is centrally located in easy distance from town and trails etc…

Very dirty and could use some upkeep and remodeling. A good scrub at the very least.

The Kids loved the pool and playground area.
