I loved the retro look and feel of the place. It reminded me of the motels along Route 66 in the 50s--and yes, I am old enough to remember that era. Updated, of course, with the accouterments of modernity. Staff were abundantly helpful and cheerful, and as a bonus are skilled at producing good espresso. Did I mention attractive prices and generosity in accommodating my necessary change of plan in the midst of a four-day stay? I should have. This family-owned and operated place (it's been in the family for decades) know how to do it right.

I've stayed there for many years on my trips to Utah, never been disappointed. It's very clean, never had a major non-work device. It's right on the main road through town but it's rarely a bother. The staff has always been friendly, and assisting. The main thing is it is clean and the staff makes it a real value.

It’s close to restaurants, gas station and the golf course.
It’s got some older vinyl flooring in the bathroom that doesn’t quite meet up to the wall/tub. Maybe that could be redone/fixed? It’s still a very good value and clean.

The bed & linens were good and the room was very clean. I personally also liked the a/c unit since it was noisy enough to be my white noise machine. Room 28 was back from the road so we didn't get a lot of truck noise. The ice machine was great.
The front door had a big gap, the linoleum floor in the bathroom was not properly installed / looked ratty and the sink was very old & scratched. But that wasn't the largest issue - it was the pillows - they were very hard. Also not as big a deal but still - there wasn't coffee offered in the morning & the coffee packet in the room was below par. Many reviews listed the inn as having a cool 50's vibe but I felt it was underwhelming. Not sure what I expected but well, it was quite a modern looking but old room to me. Nothing was a deal-stopper - just not as good as other reviews tended to state, IMO.
