The air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

I did love the fact that it was safe the hotel was really clean. All of the staff were really nice. I chose this location because of the convenience of a 2-minute walk to the underground. I would stay again.

I didn't really like the neighborhood because all of the stores on the main road were closed and boarded up except for like two.

Absolutely awful. Booking.com booked us 2 double KING rooms with a pullout bed extra room. I even double checked with the hotel. They didn’t have those rooms upon arrival. The group of large senior high school boys were forced to share double full size beds. The dad was forced to the pullout couch where there were no sheets. The staff ignored his call and he didn’t receive anything until 1:30 am. There was NO hot water the entire stay. There was ONE elevator and they were on the 17th floor. Absolutely awful. I’m calling corporate to demand a refund. Booking.com will not be used again. Apparently when booked through a 3rd party they don’t take those reservations seriously. Utterly dissatisfied.

They gave me a late check out since we checked in at 2am. Staff friendly and extremely helpful

The staff for the reservation team sucks, they were rude but once i came to the property the stagf super friendly and super supportive. The ladies in the counter super nice and friendly and the valets also were a great help.

Location is very good, near all major tourist attractions. BBreakfast was not Lavish, but still good. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Vale t Parking charges could be reduced. I mean 50 USD per night is bit too much.

I liked that the place has fabulous staff. The staff is what made the stay enjoyable. I loved the bed

Location was confusing at first. the room was small. Felt like i was actually in a box. The bathroom was sooooo small. The toilet was slow, the shower was not hot, its was warm.

Location was very bad. Have several parking decks nearby to park but to walk to the hotel at night from the parking deck is nothing short of sketchy. Not a place I would want to be alone.

My phone didn’t work in my room so I had to go downstairs to talk to the front desk. There was a lady and a guy working at the desk. I asked the lady if they had any silverware and she completely ignored me so I asked the man who was working at the front desk if they had any silverware. He told me there was silverware around the corner at the market. As I was waiting on the elevator, I heard the front desk agents both talking about me and how the lady blatantly ignored me. She thought it was funny because she was frustrated from a previous situation. My card was also charged multiple times throughout the night and into the morning. I prepaid for my room so there should not have been multiple attempts to charge my card. I was also charged $76 for the deposit and only received $22 back. My card was also charged a few days after my stay. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel gives scammer and sex traffic vibes and the staff is unprofessional.

It was expensive for the location. You definitely didn’t feel safe standing outside. There is no parking unless you valet and it was $50. Our ac didn’t work and the bath tub didn’t drain properly.

Location was fair, but there was trash everywhere and people sleeping on the streets everywhere, made you feel unsafe after dark especially.

Parking, selected a king but was given a double (room preference not given, homeless ppl across the street & on street next to hotel. Did not feel safe, no where to get a quick snack or food.

Breakfast was good because there was a verity of different types of breakfast items.

The only thing is the parking.
