Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. We have stayed at the Hotel Warner at least 16 times because we once lived in town. I wish you could give us a great rate because family has no extra room for us and therefore we always have to pay for this hotel, which we choose all the time. Retired and could use a better dollar amount.
Front desk didn’t know the address of the hotel for the UPS delivery. Why didn’t she know?

having to pay for parking was annoying but having a different option across the road was ok.
The pool was too small but I guess nice that there was a pool. I didn't find the staff that overly friendly.

Staff and location both exceptional.

The location is good. The checking process was smooth. The staff, especially breakfast person, was kind and helpful.
Noise from the room above kept me up till 4am. The room phone did not work so I could not contact the front desk for help asking in regards to the noisy guests. The shower/tub was not clean (hair). The facilities are dated. The breakfast options were average. Overall, I did not rest well and did not have a comfortable stay. I would not recommend.
