Location is great central to everywhere I needed to go
Breakfast was okay but could have been better and ice machine on our floor was broken. Front desk was not always available

The lady who checked us in, Louise I think, was SOOOO nice and told us everything we needed to know!!! Awesome stay.
So the only thing that was “negative” was that there was a beetle in the bathroom this morning. But like that’s not really the hotels fault because everything else was clean and I know bugs just get in EVERYWHERE. I just wanted to let yall know in case you have a pest control guy in case you’ve had other people mention it. Don’t worry though please, I’m not mad at all and it was a great stay.

The staff were very friendly. The room was so much larger than I expected. It was clean, no smells. The bed was super comfy!
Water pressure wasn’t great. No shuttle to amphitheater.

Location near attractions and restaurants is great. Front desk staff is always friendly.
My room was on the 1st floor across from the hotels laundry room and next to the hotels side entrance and stairwell. No quiet time day or night. Entire facility needs a renovation. Carpets look worn out & dirty. Breakfast was fine, but ZERO fresh fruit…I have made the same comment about since 2021. I found 3 earwigs in the bathroom during my stay.
