Pine Tree inn

The room was clean and the bed was better than our destination hotel

area around it was a little run down

The bed was extremely comfortable although princess and the pea high (I used my one step folding stool to get in the bed as I am only 5'1") The pillows were perfect. I appreciated having a chair next to the sink for doing my hair and makeup as I have difficulty standing for any length of time. The lounger was an added bonus. They were able to accommodate my request for a ground level room. They were very gracious when I called to change my check in time including the fact that I couldn't make it before the office closed (it closes at 11:30 and I didn't get there until a little after midnight). The property was well lit and the blackout drapes closed properly. The freezer worked well on the small refrigerator and froze a water bottle and an ice pack.

Ice cube tray in the freezer or an ice machine. I couldn't find the ice machine, but I didn't ask.

Bharat and Priti are genuine lovers of people; they're in the right business. They accommodated my requests and just made my stay stress-free. I was able to get a ride to the airport and they even let me park my truck out of the way until my return. Truly a class act; we know where we'll stay in Medford from now on!
