The bathroom was very tired it needs a refurbish
Kickboards need a good cleaning

The Patel family is very kind and attentive to the customers. The room was clean and simple.
A little pricey for the size but it was Labor Day weekend and Santa Cruz and vicinity are expensive.
Our neighbors above us on first night were a bit unruly way late into the night (like from midnight to 1:30 am.
