Excellent location in New Orleans Downtown.
Booking.com said that the Hotel included free parking, but at end I had to pay $80.00 for two days of parking. Booking.com has no the information about the parking updates.

Location was great close to main street bourbon street..city river was great..pool was great.
Bar lady was rude not there ( she went out to collect a pizza should have put a note on the bar(back in 10 minutes)) charged my card 5 times for parking should have only been 2 had to wait for 3 off them to drop off very inconvenient.

Very good location, a few steps from the downtown and French quarter area. Parking place right beside the hotel but is VERY EXPNSIVE (45$ a day).tre only good thing is that is in-out whenever you want)
The staff was preatty rude: they treat you as you are bothering them. The beds are too fluffy(or too old). The breakfast too poor. During the day is very difficult to find coffee in the hall and the cold water(especially when is veeeery hot in july) was always empty. In the bathroom there no hanger to hang the towels.

The breakfast wasn't that good to me, I couldn't drink the coffee was watered down and to be very honored the place was not cleaned.better cleaned a
The location was great, but for the price, the hotel could been, the ice maker wasn't on the #4 but on #7 floor, some one needs to check on the property more often, I had to change room because of roaches in the room.
