Location and cleanliness as always

The new breakfast. Before we were given tickets to go to woodfire grill for the buffet breakfast free. Only pay for drinks. Now they cater and there is nothing good on the breakfast. Eggs, biscuit and gravy pieces of chicken No pancakes. French toast or anything. That is a huge downfall I give it 0 stars I would recommend changing it back to the old breakfast Really disappointing

The price and location is great and the bed is firm with two different types of pillows. They share a parking lot with two businesses so there is plenty of room even for trailers.

The staff. This is the first time we have ever had an issue, this was always our place to come. Not anymore. There were some issues and the Red head lady at the front desk is the main issue. I wasn’t told when we checked in that I would have to call the front desk to have our room serviced. She told me the paperwork is right here in front of you went you checked in. I told her when your customers check in for their stay you need to make them aware of this next Expect them to look at a paper on the counter without being told. The fire alarm went off at 3 am Sunday and the front desk never help all it guests or explained what had happened. They just sat at the desk and looked at everyone like we were crazy. No fire department showed up. We as guests made the safe decision to go back in the hotel when we felt safe. When we checked out same red headed lady had an attitude when I asked her if she knew why the alarm went off.
